The 3S Clustering Event (SATIE, SAFECARE and SecureGas) and SATIE’s Final Conference were mutually organized and took place as a hybrid event (virtual and on-site) in Fodele, Crete – Greece on 12-13th October 2021. During this event, the opportunity was given to find out how three different projects (SATIE, SAFECARE and SecureGas) – which are in the forefront of research and innovation for protection of Critical Infrastructures – are addressing those issues. In doing this, an attractive agenda was formulated, in which presentations from the three organising projects presented best practices, innovative technological solutions, security frameworks and demonstration results, all contributing to the great challenge of making the aforementioned sectors more safe and secure. Moreover, keynote speakers also presented policies, frameworks, security studies, emerging findings as well as lessons learned.
